适用范围
为了加强城市污水处理厂的运营管理，保证城市污水处理及污泥处理设施的安全正常运行及维护，提高城市污水及污泥的综合治理和综合利用的能力，保障人民健康，维护良好的生态环境，制定本标准。本标准为首次制定。本标准依据建设部颁布ＣＪＪ６０—９４《城市污水处理厂运行、维护及其安全技术规程》中规定的污泥处理运行检查指标制定。其中沼气含量的检测已列另外标准检测方法立项，污泥中苯并芘含量的检测，由于目前国内排水监测机构分析仪器设备的局限，本标准暂未列入标准方法的编制，同时根据污水处理及污泥处理工艺及技术要求，根据行业需要及监测机构的提议，在本标准中增加了污泥的悬浮固体浓度检测项目。本标准制定了污泥的物理指标、化学指标及微生物指标的分析技术操作规范。本标准规定了城市污泥中有机物含量的测定。本标准适用于污水处理厂和城市其他污泥中的有机物含量的测定。
