【摘要】:Thisspecificationisintendedtoprovideinformationonthepropertiesofadhesives,andthetestmethodsrequiredtoevaluateadhesivestobeusedintheproductionbondingofaluminumalloystofoamcorematerialsforthemanufactureoftacticalshelters.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwo-partadhesivesforbondingfoamcoresandwichpanels.Theadhesivemaybeusedfornewproductionordepotmaintenance.Theadhesiveshouldbesuitableforformingbondsthatcanwithstandlong-termexposuretotemperaturesfromx2212;55to93x00B0;C(x2212;67to200x00B0;F)andalsowithstandcombinationsofstress,temperature,andhumidityexpectedtobeencounteredinservice.Theadhesivesshallbeusedforbondingaluminumalloyfacingtofoamcore,inserts,internalaluminumframingmembers,andothercomponentsofafoamcoredsandwichpanel.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardwhereonlySIunitsaregivenorwhereSIunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbyinch-poundunits;whereinch-poundunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbySIunits,theinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
